A very special Thank You to legendary performer Pat Boone who made a surprise visit to Evergreen Village!
On Friday, April 25th, Mr. Boone performed some of his well known classics for the residents at Evergreen Village. He was in town for a performance at the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts.
Evergreen Village Supportive Living offers an affordable assisted lifestyle for both those eligible for Medicaid and those paying privately. We are fully certified by the Illinois Department of Healthcare and Family Services to serve adults of all incomes 65 years of age and older who are seeking the privacy and security of their own apartment with the availability of personal assistance and support services.
The Supportive Living program offered by Evergreen Village provides a highly satisfactory, sensible and cost-effective solution to the growing need for affordable, residential living and support service options for senior citizens. We combine apartment-style living with personal care and other services that are covered by the state’s Medicaid program. Thanks to this unique state program, Supportive Living residents can live affordably and independently in an environment where personal choice, dignity, privacy and individuality are emphasized nursing care.
