to announce that construction of Evergreen Village Supportive Living in north Normal is complete. Construction will continue next door as the Villas of Evergreen Village
are coming in the summer of 2008.

Evergreen
Village Supportive Living is an alternative to nursing home
care for seniors. Personal care services are offered in apartment-style
housing and independence is encouraged.
The
99-bed facility is located at the corner of Raab
Road and Towanda Avenue in north Normal. It is the first
facility in McLean County to accept private pay as well as
public aid. Evergreen
Village Supportive Living is a joint venture of Heritage Enterprises,
BroMenn Healthcare and Blair Minton Associates.

The
Villas at Evergreen Village
Construction
of The Villas at Evergreen Village will begin in 2008. The
Villas will be the first in Normal designed
specifically for those ages 55+. Amenities will be driven by
the current and anticipated needs of our residents. Residents
of The Villas at Evergreen Village will be given priority admission
to Evergreen Village Supportive Living, should the need arise.
The proximity of The Villas to Prairieland Elementary School
will allow for multi-generational programming for this active
population.
